We sell stationery, including notebooks, planners and pens, hair accessories, and curated gift and Surprise Boxes.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings.

The contents of Surprise Boxes are described on the relevant product pages. Individual designs or items may vary where this is clearly indicated in the product description and permitted by applicable law.

Product descriptions and images do not exclude your statutory rights if a product is defective or does not conform to the contract.

3. Orders

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt. The contract will be concluded in accordance with the order process explained on our website.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you and refund any payment where required by law.

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible through our order process. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
