Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. Tracking details will be provided where available.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We currently ship to Germany.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipping method, you will receive a tracking number or link by email. Please allow some time for tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Address

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If you need to correct your address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been dispatched.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or is significantly delayed, please contact us at anastasiia.sorokotiaga@gmail.com with your order number.

We will help investigate the issue and work towards an appropriate solution. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate your request before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible through our order process. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Any refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
